in a 9X13 greased pan, melt butter in the oven for 2-5 minutes
In a large bowl mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix in milk and spoon in dollops evenly over the melted butter. Do not Stir. Add pie filling in dollops. Do not stir.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
