PESTO BLT & TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon of MNMLST Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon MNMLST Chipotle Mayo
  • 1 large Heirloom tomato
  • 3 pieces of bacon, cooked
  • 4-5 leaves basil
  • 2 bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 Jar MNMLST Tomato Soup
  • Coconut Milk Yogurt, for soup garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Toast 2 pieces of bread
  2. Spread pesto on one and chipotle mayo on the other
  3. Slice a tomato and layer on one side of the bread
  4. Break each slice of bacon in half and stack onto the tomato
  5. Stack bibb lettuce and basil leaves on sandwich and fold bread together
  6. Warm the soup up and pour into a bowl and drizzle the soup with coconut yogurt
  7. Serve the soup with the sandwich and enjoy!
