MNMLST BURGER BAR

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 - 8 Burger patties (beef, bison, turkey, or veggie)
  • 6 - 8 Buns (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 package bibb Lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1 package sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar MNMLST Ketchup
  • 1 jar MNMLST Mustard
  • 1 jar MNMLST Mayo
  • 1 jar MNMLST Chipotle Mayo
  • 1 jar MNMLST Special Sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle a little cooking oil over the patties.
  3. Place the patties on the grill or skillet, and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your burgers well-done.
  4. Toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster oven.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty, a slice of cheese, some sliced tomatoes and onions, and pickles.
  6. Top the burger with the top bun and serve with MNMLST Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Special Sauce and Chipotle Mayo on the side.
