Yes, all orders over $50 will receive free UPS or USPS shipping in the United States.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

We try our best to ship orders as soon as we receive them! Items will typically ship out within 2-3 days after we receive the order, Monday-Friday. After shipping, orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

You should automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order ships at the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information in a reasonable timeframe, please email hi@mnmlst.com so we can further assist you.

We want you to open your pantry, fridge, or cupboard, and to be confident that if a product came from MNMLST, it is delicious, nutrient-dense, and clean-label. To ensure that trust, if we ever fail to live up to that standard, please email us at hi@mnmlst.com, and we will gladly refund or replace your purchase.  

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If it’s not open yet, feel free to donate it to a friend, family member, or food bank. 

Here at MNMLST, we believe in 100% ingredient transparency and make 100% clean-label foods. All of our products are Non-GMO and Gluten-free certified.

As far as other dietary preferences and allergy restrictions, we try to make foods that fit everyone’s lifestyle. We offer numerous vegan, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and soy-free options. This information can be found on a product-by-product basis on our website. Herbal extracts that naturally inhibit the growth of yucky microbes.

The only oils we use for our products are Avocado Oil, Extra-virgin Olive Oil, and Non-GMO Expeller-pressed Grapeseed Oil. We understand that some people avoid oils or other foods that may contain lectins. We try to offer a number of products that suit people who follow a diversity of diets. After extensive testing and sampling, we have found Non-GMO Expeller-pressed Grapeseed Oil to be the best clean-label oil on the market with a neutral flavor profile for use in condiments and salad dressings. We love avocado oil and EVOO, but sometimes they aren't the right fit for a particular recipe in our estimation.

Absolutely! Separation is very natural in minimally processed foods because we don't use weird stabilizers or hydrogenated binders. Just shake and serve.
