The passion driving the MNMLST brand is simple: we want to purify every pantry by providing perfectly simple foods. MNMLST products are innovative, delicious, and hyper-clean. We believe that ultra processed foods are low dosage poisons that wreak havoc on our bodies, our families, and our health systems. We are not grousing about our broken food system. We are working diligently to fix it. Every MNMLST product is created by local Texas chefs and food scientists. From innovation through production, we do almost everything in our local kitchen and manufacturing facility. Our products are minimally processed (i.e., cooked) from real food ingredients and safely jarred in glass vessels—just like our grandparents (and their grandparents) did with seasonal produce from their gardens. MNMLST products are all Non-GMO Project Verified and Gluten-Free Certified, and compromise-free. We ensure each product is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and equally pleasing to the palate.
