APRICOT GLAZED MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1/2 cup MNMLST Apricot Fruit Spread
  • 1/4 cup MNMLST Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix MNMLST Apricot Fruit Spread, MNMLST Mustard, chili flakes, and water into a large pot.
  2. Add meatballs over low to medium heat until the internal temperature is 165°F or higher.
  3. Alternatively: mix ingredients into a crockpot on low heat until the meatball’s internal temperature is 165°F or higher.
  4. Serve with toothpicks and extra MNMLST Apricot Fruit Spread for dipping.
  5. Pro Tip: also works great for glazing grilled sausage and baked ham.
