BASIL PESTO PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 store-bought pizza crust
• 1 jar MNMLST Pesto 
• 4 ounces fresh buffalo mozzarella (ovalini size is great!)
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 8-10 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
• Fresh basil leaves, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Assemble the pizza by first spreading MNMLST Pesto in an even layer on the pizza crust. 
3. Layer the mozzarella and then the parmesan and the tomatoes.
4. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. 
5. Top with fresh basil and serve.
