DAIRY-FREE CAESAR PASTA SALAD JAR

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons MNMLST Vegan Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 pound fusilli pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup organic greens salad mix
  • 1/4 each red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 english cucumber, sliced
  • 4 each baby bell peppers assorted colors, diced
  • 1/2 pound shredded cooked chicken

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large mason jar, layer all of the ingredients starting with the salad dressing, chicken, garbanzo beans and then pasta.
  2. Then layer in the vegetables 
  3. Top with the protein
  4. This pasta salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Empty the whole jar into mixing bowl and toss
  5. Serve immediately.
