EASY MINI PIZZAS

INGREDIENTS:

FOR MARGHERITA PIZZA:
  • 4 Pieces of Pita or Naan Bread

  • 1/2 heaping cup MNMLST Pizza Sauce

  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 10 basil leaves

  • Pinch red pepper flakes

  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Other Pizza Variety Suggestions:
  • Assorted vegetables with MNMLST Pesto and Italian Cheese Mix

  • Pepperoni, MNMLST Pizza Sauce, and Italian Cheese Mix

  • Olives, Cooked Sausage, MNMLST Pizza Sauce and Italian Cheese Mix

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F.

  2. Margherita Pizza: Spread the pizza sauce onto the pita or naan bread. Top with the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is browned. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

  3. Other Varieties: Spread the pizza sauce onto the pita or naan bread. Top with Italian Cheese Mix and toppings of your choice. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is browned.
