PEACH & TOASTED ALMOND COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle of MNMLST Italian Dressing
  • 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow peach, sliced
  • ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds
  • Pinch of fresh thyme, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Add to a large mixing bowl and toss with 1 bottle of MNMLST Italian Dressing. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the ingredients marinate and stir again before serving.
