PEACH & TOASTED ALMOND COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle of MNMLST Italian Dressing
- 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow peach, sliced
- ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds
- Pinch of fresh thyme, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Gather all ingredients. Add to a large mixing bowl and toss with 1 bottle of MNMLST Italian Dressing. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the ingredients marinate and stir again before serving.
