
PEACH & PESTO PIZZA

1 grain-free pizza crust (cauliflower or regular pizza crust will work)
1 jar MNMLST Pesto
1 fresh peach, pitted and sliced
1 container ricotta cheese, 6 oz
Honey, for garnish
Fresh parsley, minced for garnish
Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
To assemble pizza: spread a thin layer of pesto on the pizza crust.
Crumble the ricotta over the top of the pesto.
Spread out the peach slices in a circular fashion around the edge of the pizza and into the center.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the top is starting to turn golden.
To garnish and serve, drizzle honey over the top of the pizza and then sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes to your liking.
