
MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD

2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped small
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes (10oz)
2 cups baby carrots, chopped
2 green zucchini, seeded and chopped
1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped, whites and greens
1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced small
4 tablespoons, chopped fresh herbs
1 bottle MNMLST Balsamic Dressing
Mix all vegetables together in a mixing bowl with balsamic vinaigrette. Let sit 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to marinate in the refrigerator.
