MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped small

  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes (10oz)

  • 2 cups baby carrots, chopped 

  • 2 green zucchini, seeded and chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped, whites and greens

  • 1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced small

  • 4 tablespoons, chopped fresh herbs

  • 1 bottle MNMLST Balsamic Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all vegetables together in a mixing bowl with balsamic vinaigrette. Let sit 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to marinate in the refrigerator.
